Itinerary

In the morning, meet your guide and head to Teotihuacan. Once there, leisurely explore the archaeological zone by seeing the impressive Pyramids of the Sun and Moon, walking down the famous Avenue of the Dead, and visiting the beautiful Temple of Quetzalpapalotl and other sights of this ancient city.

Afterward, move to the nearby “Magical Town” of San Martin de las Piramides. Once there, have an orientation walk of its compact colonial center and stroll its colorful market and try some of the best local specialties. Later, visit a local family pulqueria to learn about the thousand-year-old tradition of pulque production and try some of its local varieties.

Then, full and happy, go to the final destination of our trip: The Aqueduct of Padre Tembleque. This 48-kilometer-long hydraulic construction from the mid-16th century is currently the tallest and one of the longest in the world.

After a day full of experiences and adventures, return to our vehicle and relax on the way back to Mexico City. End of our Pyramids of Teotihuacan and Aqueduct of Padre Tembleque Tour.

DEPARTURE LOCATION AND TIME
The default departure times for this tour are 7:00, 8:00, and 9:00 AM, but we can also adjust them per your request. Our guide will meet/pick you up at the requested time and might need to contact you by phone. Therefore, please kindly provide a valid phone number during your booking.
Complimentary pick-up/drop-off is included: please indicate the exact time and location for your pick-up during your booking (e.g. in the "Special Requirements" field). That is to say, we can pick you up from those parts of Mexico City: Polanco, Condesa, Roma, and Centro Historico. Other more remote locations might involve an extra fee.

TOUR DURATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
The standard duration of the tour counts from the moment of a meetup till the end of the tour. At the same time, the tour is customizable which means we can adjust the time you spend in each destination. For example, if you want to visit an extra location (attraction/restaurant/market, etc.), you can do it on a complimentary basis if this visit (1) fits the default duration of the tour and (2) doesn't involve a major change of the route.
