Itinerary

In the morning, meet your guide and head to discover Cholula. Once there, enjoy a walking tour of the historic center and explore the tastes of Puebla's food specialties in the municipal market.

Afterward, go to Puebla's capital city to walk down its beautiful streets and see its lovely colonial buildings, colorful lanes, and beautiful churches. On the way, discover Puebla’s cuisine by trying some of its most typical local dishes at markets and restaurants such as cemitas, chalupas, chile en nogada, etc. Also, stop at the convent which is considered the birthplace of the most famous regional dish: mole poblano.

Thereafter, visit the famous Parian craft market to see unique regional souvenirs and sample traditional candies. Moreover, try some of the most popular regional drinks such as local hand-made liquors, pulque, and artisanal mezcal.

After a full day of discoveries, return to our vehicle and relax on the way back to Mexico City.
